Owner Comment:
We love Salt Cay and everything about it. We have fished, dived, snorkelled, walked, slept, read and tanned on the miles of deserted white powder beach. Anyone in pursuit of tranquil seclution will enjoy the local restuarants and friendly community atmosphere that Salt Cay offers.
We ran our international marketing business via excellent internet signal and VOIP phone connection. In daily conference with our UK, USA, Philippines & South African offices just as if we were right there next door to the person we are talking to. All legally tax free.
We often transferred calls to our smart phones and continued business from the comfort of the beach or whilst out fishing or cruising around on our little boat. Ha, we even invesigated software that allowed us to take & make calls with a full face mask on whilst snorkelling. We never progressed that one.

The Islands & Salt Cay
The Turks & Caicos Islands (“TCI”), and Providenciales main island, is earning a reputation as one of the most desired Tax Havens in the Caribbean for prime luxury properties. The fact that these islands have gone undiscovered and unspoiled is perhaps its biggest asset. These groups of islands, once known only by a few, are now becoming a choice location for those who can choose anything. Many celebrities have invested here or visit the surronding islands on a regular basis.
TCI exemplifies the delicate balance between amenities and seclusion. While you can take advantage of the island's regular plane service, gourmet restaurants and world-class diving, you're never more than minutes from complete seclusion and privacy. Salt Cay is a peaceful paradise nestled among a group of exclusive islands that act as a natural playground for those who want to explore its untouched beauty. An unspoiled barrier reef protects the Islands and presents remarkable diving opportunities. Divers and snorkellers alike exhilarate in its vibrant colors and tranquil beauty.

Enter a world of relaxed elegance and panoramic views of turquoise tranquility. Discover the pleasures of vacationing in ocean front grandeur. As you will immediately see upon your arrival, TCI’s motto, “Beautiful by nature”, is a well-earned one.
Spectaular turquoise sea waters surround this small Caribbean island. Known for it's white "powdered sugar" beaches and crystal clear waters, this island has something for everyone. Whether you just want to relax by the pool, play a round of golf, fish for a trophy marlin or dive in some of the greatest dive spots in the world, you won't be disappointed here. The climate is the perfect tropical mix of light trade winds and sunshine. The vegetation is lush and beautiful and of course, the views are incredible.
Visit Grand Turk just 30 mins away by tri weekly ferry, you can relax in the Cruise ship terminal, take a boat trip to Stingray Island or take the tour to the remote and secluded Great sand Cay. You will be amazed that developers have not grabbed this yet. From January to April take whale watching tours. Or just relax with a book on the deck of "Mt Pleasant" overlooking turquoise ocean.
